Outlookからメール本文（400ページ以上）を印刷時、印刷プレビューが表示されず応答なしになる

通常のメール本文は印刷問題なし

400ページ越えの本文を印刷しようとすると、プレビューも表示されず印刷設定やドライバーを選択しようとすると応答なしになる

→同じメール本文を印刷可能な方はいるが、その方はoffice2016?を使用されてます。

→365の仕様的な部分もあるのでしょうか？

以下、試したこと

・Outlookセーフモード起動もNG

・新規Outlookプロファイル作成もＮＧ

・Outlprnt 削除もNG

・Office365の為、再インストール実施もＮＧ

・PCのローカルユーザーを新規に作成し、新規にメール設定するもＮＧ

・別新規PCにてメール設定するもNG

・PDF保存は問題なし→印刷でのPDF変換はNG

ご確認よろしくお願いいたします。

Other emails with less than 400 pages can be printed.

The office application itself uses 365, but the email account itself is a normal POP mail.

• Since the print text is more than 400 pages, may I know whether there's a same issue when printing the other less pages email? Would you please try to print less than 10 pages and see if there's a same issue or not.
• Also, may I know what's the type of your account that you're using, whether if it's an Office 365 business account (Exchange) or a Microsoft account such as outlook.com gmail.com hotmail.com and etc... This is very important to us to assist you further.
• If you're using an Office 365 business account, have you tried login OWA - Outlook Web App on your browser? Please have a easy test to check if the issue persists on OWA.
