Outlook.com にサインインできない

Question

Outlook Web版（OWA）にアクセスしようとすると、複数のブラウザ・ネットワークで

「401 Unauthorized」エラーが発生して利用できない状態です。

以下の対策はすべて試しましたが改善しませんでした。

・キャッシュ/クッキー削除

・別ブラウザ利用

・別ネットワーク利用

・Microsoftの「すべてのセッションをサインアウト」実施

・公式OutlookログインURLからの再ログイン

Microsoftのサービス状態も確認済みですが、現時点で大規模障害は確認できていません。

念のため、アカウントの状態（ライセンスや条件付きアクセスポリシーなど）のご確認をお願いいたします。

一部の人には起きている様ですね。

ビジネス向けであれば、サービスの状態からではなく

Microsoft365管理センターからですね

Outlook.com は個人向けメールサービス。OWA は通常組織向け サービスを言います。

そのエラーは システム側の不具合が考えられますので。時間（日）を置いて試すのがいいかと思います。
