【困っています】データの取得で[フォルダから]を選択すると直接[参照]が開いて予期しないエラーとなる

Question

Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.14026.20202) 32 ビットのExcelを使用しています。

[データ]→[データの取得]→[ファイルから]→[フォルダから]でローカルのフォルダに保存しているCSVデータを取り込みたいのですが

[フォルダから]をクリックすると[フォルダパス]の入力ダイアログが表示されず、[参照]が直接開きます。フォルダを選択しても
予期しないエラー[問題が発生しました。問題が引き続き発生する場合は、excelを再起動してください]と表示されてしまいます。

※フォルダ内のファイルを１つだけにしても取得できず予期しないエラーとなり機能していない。

※再インストール や Office の修復、セーフモードなどを試しましたが改善しない。

※念のため詳細のコピーを下記に貼り付けておきます。

上記はサブスク試用期間中のものなので、元のExcelに戻して実行したみました。

再度アンインストール後にMicrosoft Office Home and Business 2016 ja-jp (16.0.14026.20270) 32 ビットを再インストール
やはり同じエラー！

試しに「空のクエリ」にフォルダパスを設定してみたところ、ステップ「ソース」をダブルクリックしたらフォルダパスのダイアログが出ました。

「参照」ボタンをクリックすると先ほどと同じ「FileDialog」がでました。

さらに試しに「フォルダから」を実行しましたが残念ながら同じエラーでした(-_-;)

「Office を手動でアンインストールする」でレジストリ サブキーの削除も行って再インストールしてみましたが現象は変わりませんでした。
実際にエラーとなるGIF画像です。
フォルダ入力ダイアログが表示されずに「参照」のダイアログが出現してしまいます。

「参照」ダイアログの種類も違っていると思います。GIF画像のような「FileDialogオブジェクト」のスタイルではなく

APIのダイアログスタイルでした（職場のPCで確認しました）

Windowsから入れ直すしかないのでしょうか？
できればそれは避けたいと思っています。

どなたか同じ現象を回復された方いないでしょうか。

アンインストール サポート ツールもすでに実施しましたが駄目でした。

帰宅後に実施タイミングを変えて再度実施してみます。

実行出来ないのは「フォルダーから」だけなんです。「テキストまたは CSV から」等その他は問題なく動きます。

上記のスレッドでは修復で改善されたとありました。

修復・再インストールは実施済みとの事ですが、再インストールがコントロールパネルからのアンインストールであれば、＜PC から Office をアンインストールする＞の 「オプション 2 - アンインストール サポート ツールを使用して Office を完全にアンインストールする」を実施してみてはいかがでしょうか。

また、代替え手段として、以下を確認してはどうでしょうか。

・「フォルダーから」では無く「テキストまたは CSV から」で取り込んだ場合はどうか。

・[ファイル] > [オプション] > [データ] の [レガシーインポートウィザードの表示] の中の [テキストから（レガシ）] にチェックを入れて、[データ] > [データの取得] > [従来のウィザード] > [テキストから（レガシ）] で取り込んだ場合はどうか。
