Swayの分析で表示される、「ひとめ見ただけ」「ざっと目を通す」「深く読み込む」のそれぞれの時間定義など教えて下さい。

これは MS 社も正確な情報を公開していないため、「現状非公開のため正確には不明」が回答です。（残念ながら）

"閲覧"、"クイック閲覧"、"じっくり閲覧" については、ご認識の通り費やした時間で判断されているものの、

その具体的な時間定義は MS 情報から確認には至っておりません。
