OneDriveにデータが適切に保存されない

OneDriveにPDFデータを名前を付けて保存すると名前の付いたデータと名前の後ろに日付の入ったデータが作成される。名前だけのデータは開けなく、日付の入ったデータは開ける。解決をお願いします。

Would you please provide more information on this issue:

1. What OneDrive iOS version are you using?
2. How do you save the file - via downloading from another application or website, or via uploading?
3. Is there any error message when trying to open the file?
4. Is this happening to all PDF files without date, or just this one?

Usually OneDrive should be able to open PDF files directly regardless of its name. So I'm trying to understand more about your issue.
