Question

使用していたWindowsアカウントが壊れてしまい

新しくユーザーアカウントを作成して

Microsoftアカウントを紐づけしました。

Microsoftにログインし、サブスクリプション→

購入済みのExcelを再インストールしようとしたところ

OfficeSetupをダウンロード後、インストールの段階で

30015-45 や 0-2031 (17002) が出て進みません。管理者として実行や、完全削除ツールも試しましたが改善しませんでした。

買い切りのExcelが2016と古いものでお電話した際に

The installer frequently halts because it detects conflicting processes from a previous attempt. Open the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc and look through the processes list for any entries titled Office Integrated Setup, Microsoft Office Click-to-Run, or Setup.exe. Right-click every instance you find and select End Task to ensure the environment is completely clear for a fresh start.

Now you need to remove conflictual entry in system registry, open the Run dialog by pressing Windows Key + R, type regedit, and navigate to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office

Locate the folders labeled 16.0 or ClickToRun and delete them; this action wipes the corrupted installation "memory" that is blocking your new setup.

Final step is download the appropriate installer from your Microsoft Account Services page, locate your Office 2016 purchase, and click Install. Within the configuration options, select Other Options and choose Download an offline installer to get a complete disk image that can be installed without relying on a live, potentially unstable connection.
