Intro.md - イベント チケット

[前提条件]

このプラグインを使用するには、次のものが必要です。

• Event Tickets がインストールされたアクティブな WordPress のインストール
• Event Automator プラグインをインストールする

資格情報を取得する方法

• [Tickets > Settings > Integration]\(統合\) タブで Power Automate のアクセス資格情報を設定する
• Power Automate セクションを見つける
• API の説明を入力する
• [作成] をクリックし、API キーをコピーし、サイトの URL と共に接続に追加します。

コネクタの概要

• サイトを接続します。
  • Power Automate にログインしているときに、[コネクタ] をクリックします。
  • Event Tickets コネクタを検索する
  • イベント チケット コネクタの [接続の作成] ボックスが表示される大きな "+" をクリックします。
    • 接続のセットアップ画面が表示されます
• イベント チケットの [統合] タブの Power Automate セクションに戻ります
  • アクセス トークン
    • アクセス トークンをコピーしていない場合は、Tickets > Settings > Integrations からコピーします (上記を参照)
    • アクセス トークンを [アクセス トークン] フィールドに貼り付ける
  • エンドポイント ホスト
    • エンドポイント ホストは、"https://" 部分のない TEC サイトの URL です
    • つまり、 https://uper-stoat-vizu.instawp.xyz/ が uper-stoat-vizu.instawp.xyz になる
  • [接続の作成] ボタンをクリックします。
  • これで、サイトが Power Automate の Event Tickets コネクタに接続されました。
• フローの作成
  • [マイ フロー] をクリックします
    • [+ 新しいフロー] をクリックします
    • [自動クラウド フロー] を選択する
  • ポップアップが表示され、フローが構築されます
    • フローに名前を付けます (推奨されますが、必須ではありません)
    • フローのトリガーを選択するか、
    • 検索フィールドを使用して選択内容を絞り込む
    • 例: Web サイトでイベントが作成されたとき
    • [スキップ] をクリックして、特定のコネクタを手動で選択することもできます
    • リストからトリガーを選択します (例: 出席者がサイトにチェックインしたとき)
  • トリガーが設定されています。 アクションを追加してみましょう (操作とも呼ばれる)
    • [+ 新しいステップ] をクリックします
    • 好みのコネクタからフローのアクションを選択する
    • 検索フィールドを使用して選択内容を絞り込む
    • 例: Office 365 Outlook でメール (V2) を送信する
    • 選択したアクションとコネクタによっては、次の操作が必要になる場合があります。
    • 目的のアプリケーションにサインインします (以前に完了していない場合)
    • 目的のアプリケーションにアクセス許可を付与する
    • 詳細情報を提供する (例: Office 365 Outlook の To、Subject、Body)
    • トリガーの動的フィールドをアクションにマップする
    • これにより、トリガーから出力が自動的に選択されます (下のスクリーンショットを参照)。
    • たとえば、イベント タイトルをメールの件名にする場合があります。
• 大丈夫です！ フローの準備が整いました。 今それを保存し、テストの実行のためにそれを取ります!
• イベントが作成されるたびに、Office 365 Outlook から電子メール通知を受け取ります。
