Repfabric (プレビュー)

このコネクタを使用すると、Excel から直接 Repfabric で会社、連絡先、営業案件などのデータを作成できます。 スプレッドシートに書式設定されたデータを面倒にアップロードするのではなく、Repfabric に表示するデータの行を選択し、フローを実行すると、すぐに情報が表示されます。

Repfabric リード ローダー

[前提条件]

必要なのは、API が処理する正しいデータを提供するシート テンプレートと、コネクタを使用する Power Automate テンプレートのみです。 Google シートの例を次に示します。 認定コネクタを使用してテンプレートを発行できるようになるまで、Power Automate テンプレートの andre@phiquest.io にお問い合わせください。

現時点では組織外のユーザーにこの API の資格情報を付与できないため、この操作をテストするための資格情報は必要ありません。 テスト目的で、この API は、クライアント情報の漏洩を回避するために、Basic 認証として格納されている既定の資格情報を独自に使用します。

はじめに

送信できるデータの列は多数ありますが、必要な列はごくわずかです。 これは、API が取得する必要がある必要があるデータです。

ここから、csv ファイルからデータを指定し、適切なキーにリンクしてください。 唯一の例外は型とプログラムです。 型は既定で Customer に設定する必要があり、Program には任意のテスト文字列を指定できますが、空にすることはできません。

コネクタは、API 呼び出しの 状態 、API が作成した内容のメッセージを表示する データ 、失敗した理由、および送信されたプリンシパルが、文字列の類似性に基づいてデータベース内のプリンシパルと一致する 確率 を返します。 (プリンシパルがデータベースに存在していないように見える場合は、新しいプリンシパルが作成されたことを示します)

返された情報を使用して、電子メールや csv シートの更新を使用して、通話の状態をユーザーに知らせることができます。 この API は、約 3 ~ 10 秒間だけ実行する必要があります。

既知の問題と制限事項

Power Automate テンプレートを実行すると、構成に問題がある場合、または API がクラッシュし続ける場合に、無期限に実行されることがあります。 今後の更新プログラムでこれを修正する予定です。
