このイベントは、Invoke以外の優先度が指定されている場合、または宛先ディスパッチャーが別のスレッドによって所有されている場合に、Sendの呼び出し中に発生する可能性があります。

任意のスレッドが操作をポストできます。そのため、このイベントは任意のスレッドによって発生させることができます。
