ヘッドレスシステムユーザーモードデバイスでこの DPC を "関連" モードにプロビジョニングする必要があることを示す #getHeadlessDeviceOwnerMode の値。

このモードでは、デバイス所有者がオンになっているユーザー以外のすべてのユーザーにプロファイル所有者が追加されます。

Android バージョン android.os.Build.VERSION_CODES#VANILLA_ICE_CREAM以降、DPC では、"headless-system-user" タグ内の属性 "headless-device-owner-mode" の値を "affiliated" に設定する必要があります。
