注釈

このモードでは、デバイス上の 1 人のセカンダリユーザーのみが追加のセカンダリユーザーの作成をブロックできます。

Android バージョンの android.os.Build.VERSION_CODES#VANILLA_ICE_CREAM以降、DPC では、"headless-system-user" タグ内の属性 "headless-device-owner-mode" の値を "single_user" に設定する必要があります。
