この属性は、アセンブリの読み込み時に候補アセンブリをプローブする必要があるパスを登録します。

これにより、"PackageFolder" (つまり、pkgdef ファイルの場所) が、アセンブリが読み込まれるプローブ対象のディレクトリとして登録されます。
