削除されたエントリの後に続くエントリが上に移動して空きスポットを占有し、移動するエントリのインデックスも更新されます。

指定したキーを OrderedDictionary 持つエントリがコレクションに含まれていない場合、 OrderedDictionary は変更されず、例外はスローされません。
