注釈

メソッドを呼び出すことによって、新しいDateTime値のプロパティを特定DateTimeKindの値に明示的にSpecifyKind設定Kindできます。

この Kind プロパティを使用すると、 DateTime 値に協定世界時 (UTC) または現地時刻を明確に反映できます。 これに対し、構造体 DateTimeOffset は、任意のタイム ゾーンの任意の時刻を 1 つの時点として明確に反映できます。
