注釈

このプロパティの解決は、基になるオペレーティング システムに依存するシステム タイマーによって異なります。 0.5 から 15 ミリ秒の間になる傾向があります。

.NET Framework バージョン 2.0 以降では、戻り値はDateTime、 プロパティが Kind を返す DateTimeKind.Utcです。

UtcNow を使用する別の方法は DateTimeOffset.UtcNow です。 前者は、日付と時刻の値がそのプロパティに割り当てることDateTimeKind.UtcKindによって協定世界時 (UTC) であることを示しますが、後者は日付と時刻の値に UTC 時刻のオフセット (とTimeSpan.Zero等しい) を割り当てます。
