HolderOfKey	SOAP メッセージが SAML アサーションのサブジェクトにより送信されたことを確認するために、SamlSecurityToken セキュリティ トークンの受信者が KeyIdentifier プロパティを使用する必要があることを指定する URI。
SenderVouches	SOAP メッセージが SAML アサーションのサブジェクトにより送信されたことを確認する目的で、SAML セキュリティ トークンの受信者が追加情報を使用できないことを指定する URI。
