windowsIdentity パラメーターと同じ WindowsIdentity オブジェクトを作成し、それを WindowsIdentity プロパティに割り当てる場合は true。それ以外の場合は、windowsIdentity パラメーターの値を WindowsIdentity プロパティに割り当てます。
