このプロパティは、基になるストリームで を WriteTimeout 呼び出すことによって返される値を返します。 set 操作の場合、指定した値は WriteTimeout 基になるストリームの値を設定します。
基になるストリームが の場合、 はNetworkStreamWriteTimeoutミリ秒単位で、書き込み操作がタイムアウトしないように既定で にInfinite設定されます。
