このメソッドは、既定で RFC 2396 に従ってスキーム名の有効性をチェックします。 国際リソース識別子 (IRI) または国際化ドメイン名 (IDN) 解析が有効になっている場合、このメソッドは RFC 3986 に従ってスキーム名の有効性をチェックします。 スキーム名は文字で始まる必要があり、文字、数字、および文字 "."、"+"、または "-" のみを含める必要があります。
