作成するオブジェクトの型。

オブジェクトが既に ASP.NET ランタイムのアプリケーションドメインに作成されている場合は例外をスローするtrue。それ以外の場合は false。

ASP.NET ランタイムのアプリケーションドメイン内のオブジェクト。

type は nullです。

オブジェクトは既にアプリケーションドメインに存在し、 failIfExists は true。
