オーバーロード

RuleSettings(String, String, String)	名前、イベント名、およびプロバイダーを指定し、その他の設定は既定値を使用して、RuleSettings クラスの新しいインスタンスを初期化します。
RuleSettings(String, String, String, String, Int32, Int32, TimeSpan)	RuleSettings クラスの値以外のすべての値を指定して、Custom クラスの新しいインスタンスを初期化します。
RuleSettings(String, String, String, String, Int32, Int32, TimeSpan, String)	すべての値を指定して、BufferModeSettings クラスの新しいインスタンスを初期化します。
