プロパティ値が設定されていない場合、このプロパティは空の文字列 ("") を返します。 この値は、 プロパティEncodedの値が の場合にのみ設定するUse必要があります。 それ以外の場合、プロパティ値は無視されるため、XML Web サービスによって予期しない動作が発生します。
