注釈

control パラメーターは、Parameter オブジェクトがバインドするPageおよび現在のHttpRequest オブジェクトを取得するために、コレクションに含まれるParameter オブジェクトによって使用されます。

IOrderedDictionary オブジェクトには一意の名前付きエントリが必要ですが、ParameterCollection コレクションには一意のParameterオブジェクト名が必要ないため、このメソッドの実装では、返されるコレクション内の一意性を確保するために、各Name プロパティの末尾に数値を追加します。
