選択したセルのコレクションが SelectedCellsChanged 変更されたときに通知されるイベントを処理できます。 選択範囲に完全な行が含まれている場合は、 Selector.SelectionChanged イベントも発生します。

イベント ハンドラー内の AddedCells から と RemovedCellsSelectedCellsChangedEventArgs を取得できます。
