クラスの新しいインスタンスを Help 作成することはできません。アプリケーションのヘルプを提供するには、静的 ShowHelp メソッドと ShowHelpIndex メソッドを呼び出します。

コンパイルされたヘルプファイル (.chm) または HTML ファイルを HTML ヘルプ形式で表示するために使用 Help できます。コンパイル済みヘルプファイルは、目次、インデックス、検索機能、およびページ内のキーワードリンクを提供します。ショートカットは、コンパイルされたヘルプファイルでのみ機能します。
