イベント内の Placement プロパティをLayoutCompleted調べて、アイテムが メイン ToolStrip、 オーバーフロー ToolStrip、 または現在表示されていないかどうかを確認します。 項目が表示されない理由として一般的なのは、項目がメインの ToolStrip に収まらず、その Overflow プロパティが Never に設定されていた場合です。
