WorkflowSubscriptionService is the base class for any subscription service classes used in the Workflow Foundation (WF).
Notes to Implementers
When you inherit from WorkflowSubscriptionService, you must override the following members: CreateSubscription(MessageEventSubscription) and DeleteSubscription(Guid).
