This API supports the product infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.

Remarks
The protected members of XmlSerializationReader are only intended for use by derived classes that are used internally within the .NET Framework XML serialization infrastructure.
The ToXmlNmToken method is static.
ToXmlNmToken converts 4-digit hexadecimal UCS-2 codes into Unicode.
