テスト対象の機能のパッケージ名。 この名前は大文字と小文字を区別しません。

strVersion

String

これは、テストする対象のパッケージ名のバージョン番号です。 バージョンを指定しない場合 (null)、機能のいずれかのバージョンがサポートされていれば、このメソッドは true を返します。

戻り値

Boolean

指定したバージョンでその機能が実装される場合は true。それ以外の場合は false。
