capacity	プロビジョニングされた IoT Hub ユニットの数。 https://docs.microsoft.com/azure/azure-subscription-service-limits#iot-hub-limitsを参照してください。
name	SKU の名前。
tier	IoT ハブの課金レベル。注: このプロパティはシリアル化されません。サーバーによってのみ設定できます。
