  1. 任意のテキスト エディターで次の HTML ファイルを作成し、c:\excel.htmとしてファイルを保存します。

  2. Microsoft Internet Explorer を起動し、 アドレス バーに「c:\excel.htm」と入力し、Enter キーを押します。
