バッファを指定した文字に設定します。

パラメータ
dest
対象となるバッファへのポインタ。c
設定する文字。count
文字数。
戻り値
dest の値。
解説
dest の最初の count 文字を c の文字に設定します。
セキュリティに関するメモ 対象のバッファのサイズが、少なくとも count 文字以上あることを確認してください。詳細については、「Avoiding Buffer Overruns」を参照してください。
