Geofence(String, IGeoshape, MonitoredGeofenceStates, Boolean)	ID、ジオフェンスの形状、ジオフェンスを監視する状態、および singleUse フラグを指定して、新しい Geofence オブジェクトを初期化します。
Geofence(String, IGeoshape, MonitoredGeofenceStates, Boolean, TimeSpan)	id、ジオフェンスの形状、ジオフェンスを監視する状態、singleUse フラグ、ジオフェンスの dwellTime を指定して、新しい Geofence オブジェクトを初期化します。
