Decrypt(CryptographicKey, IBuffer, IBuffer)	対称アルゴリズムまたは非対称アルゴリズムを使用して、以前に暗号化されたコンテンツを復号化します。

DecryptAsync(CryptographicKey, IBuffer, IBuffer)	指定されたキーを使用して、暗号化された入力データの暗号化を解除します。
