Windows Security app enumerations

The following enumerations are used with the Windows Security app.

WSC_SECURITY_PRODUCT_STATE	Defines the current state of the security product that is made available to the Windows Security app.
WSC_SECURITY_PROVIDER	Defines all the services that are monitored by the Windows Security app.
WSC_SECURITY_PROVIDER_HEALTH	Defines the possible states for any service monitored by the Windows Security app.
WSC_SECURITY_SIGNATURE_STATUS	Reports the current version status of the security product to the Windows Security app.
