Это свойство возвращает значение, возвращаемое вызовом WriteTimeout базового потока. Для операций с набором WriteTimeout указанное значение задает значение в базовом потоке.

Если базовый поток является NetworkStreamWriteTimeout , находится в миллисекундах и имеет значение Infinite по умолчанию, чтобы операции записи не истекли.
