Событие ItemUpdating возникает при нажатии кнопки "Обновить" элемента или UpdateItem вызове метода, но перед обновлением ListView элемента управления. (Кнопка "Обновить" — это элемент управления кнопкой, свойство которого CommandName имеет значение "Обновить".) Это позволяет выполнять пользовательскую подпрограмму при каждом возникновении этого события, например отмену операции обновления.

ListViewUpdateEventArgs Объект передается обработчику событий, который позволяет определить индекс текущего элемента. Он также позволяет указать, что операция обновления должна быть отменена. Чтобы отменить операцию обновления, задайте Cancel для свойства ListViewUpdateEventArgs объекта trueзначение .

Перед передачей значений в источник данных можно работать с Keysколлекциями OldValuesи NewValues коллекциями. Типичным способом использования этих коллекций является кодирование значений, предоставленных пользователем, прежде чем они хранятся в источнике данных. Это помогает предотвратить атаки на внедрение скриптов.
