Используйте эту перегрузку для возврата SoapAttributes атрибутов, которые переопределяют атрибуты SoapAttributeAttribute, SoapElementAttributeSoapIgnoreAttributeилиSoapEnumAttribute. Можно также вернуть значение SoapAttributes , содержащее переопределение значения по умолчанию, использующего значение DefaultValueAttribute.

Если содержит SoapAttributes объект SoapTypeAttribute, необходимо использовать перегрузку, указывающую только переопределенный тип.
