Business value

Previously, as a seller, you were able to define only time for the records you created or edited using Copilot for Sales in Outlook. With this feature, while in the CRM (be it Dynamics 365 or Salesforce), you can define both start and end dates and times as part of any record creation. Being aware not only of dates but also of times is important for sellers whenever they work with activities such as events.

Feature details

This feature includes the following fields as part of CRM record creation and record editing using Copilot for Sales in Outlook:

  • Start date
  • End date
  • Start time
  • End time
