Business value
Prior to this feature, in order to sign in to the app's Teams surface and use its features (such as meeting summary), customers needed to open Outlook first and sign in to the app from there. With this release, we simplify the sign-in experience so that customers can sign in to Copilot for Sales in the Teams app and use the app's Teams surface and its features as part of their meetings and calls related to business scenarios.
Feature details
This feature includes the following:
- Provides Dynamics 365 and Salesforce users with the option to sign in to any environment with Copilot for Sales while using Teams.
- Provides users with options to switch environments and disconnect from their environment.
