Error 135011: I accidentally selected 'Don't use this device' for my active device on my Microsoft account

Question

The account name is <Mod remove PII>@cnu.ac.kr (this is a school account).

I accidentally marked the following device as "Don't use this device":

Device ID: bad654e8-b321-4a86-abc7-e431c958abab

Device name: DESKTOP-6FMLUQN

I would like to use my Microsoft account on this device again.

(I searched on Google and found that this issue needs to be resolved by a global administrator in Azure, but I don’t know who the global administrator is for my school account.)
