iOS Teams web debugging not working on MacBook

IOS web debugging doesn't work on Macbook as per the guide.

Safari works fine on IOS, but Teams doesn't work on web debugging.

Steps 7 and 8 in 'Activate DevTools for your Teams iOS client' do not work.

Is it because the specs have changed? Please check.
