설명

사용 중인 등록된 개체가 작업을 마치면 메서드를 호출 DecrementBusyCount 하여 처리가 완료되었음을 개체에 알리 HostingEnvironment 고 사용 중인 개체 수를 1씩 줄입니다.

사용 중인 수가 0보다 크면 보류 중인 요청이 없더라도 호스팅 애플리케이션이 시간 초과되지 않습니다.

메서드에 대한 각 호출에 DecrementBusyCount 대한 메서드 호출이 IncrementBusyCount 있어야 합니다.
