A class representing a collection of BandwidthScheduleResource and their operations. Each BandwidthScheduleResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of DataBoxEdgeDeviceResource. To get a BandwidthScheduleCollection instance call the GetBandwidthSchedules method from an instance of DataBoxEdgeDeviceResource.
