A class representing a collection of EventHubAuthorizationRuleResource and their operations. Each EventHubAuthorizationRuleResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of EventHubResource. To get an EventHubAuthorizationRuleCollection instance call the GetEventHubAuthorizationRules method from an instance of EventHubResource.
