A class representing a collection of AvailableGroundStationResource and their operations. Each AvailableGroundStationResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of SubscriptionResource. To get an AvailableGroundStationCollection instance call the GetAvailableGroundStations method from an instance of SubscriptionResource.
