Adds the specified CubeDimension to the end of the collection.
Add(String)

Creates a new CubeDimension object using the specified DimensionID, adds it to the end of the collection and returns the new CubeDimension created.

Creates a new CubeDimension object using the specified DimensionID, name and identifier, adds it to the end of the collection and returns the new CubeDimension created.
