Locks a configuration object by adding it to the collection.

The name of the configuration object.
Exceptions
Occurs when the name
does not match an existing configuration object within the collection.

Remarks
Adding a configuration object to the ConfigurationLockCollection collection specifies that the configuration object is locked and cannot be modified until it has been removed from the collection.
