이 메서드는 System.IEquatable<T> 인터페이스를 구현하고 value 매개 변수를 개체로 변환할 필요가 없으므로 Equals보다 약간 더 잘 수행됩니다.

value 인스턴스 형식보다 더 적은 비트(좁은 비트)가 있는 경우 일부 프로그래밍 언어는 매개 변수 값을 비트가 더 많은 값으로 변환하는 암시적 확대 변환을 수행합니다.
