Gets or sets a value to indicate the target entry's offset within the list.

An integer value that represents the target entry's estimated offset within the list.

The Offset property is set to a value less than 0.
Remarks
When this property is set, a new value for the TargetPercentage property is computed by dividing the value of the Offset property by the value of the ApproximateTotal property, and multiplying the result by 100.
